About

I am a caring, attentive and devoted personal trainer, based in Cambridge, U.K.

My own fitness journey started around eight years ago when I first stepped into a gym after years of struggling with my self-esteem and confidence. When I first entered the gym, I was intimidated, confused and lacking direction. However, after years of training myself, I have built my own knowledge and understanding of the power of exercise, both for our physical and mental health.

I graduated from the University of Manchester in 2019 with a Masters degree in Organisational psychology with the aim of pursuing a career in human resources. However, whilst travelling Australia, I realised I would never be happy in a typical nine till five. I wanted to do something I was truly passionate about. In all honesty, I have three real passions in life: 1) travelling; 2) animals; and 3) exercising.

A career in travelling seemed pretty tricky to start up, so I decided to keep this a hobby. Similarly, although I would have loved to have worked with animals, I decided to listen to that old saying “never work with children or animals!”. So, personal training it was!

My story is what I believe makes me a truly fantastic trainer. My own self-confidence issues and confusion surrounding exercise has made me incredibly sensitive and understanding to the concerns of others. Similarly, my career is built purely on passion, enthusiasm and love for the industry and this shines through in every single one of my sessions.

In the future, I hope to take additional qualifications to specialise in women’s health. I am passionate about learning how to help women exercise to feel stronger, fitter and happier.
