I am a level 3 qualified personal trainer, based in Cambridge U.K.
Using a mixture of strength and high intensity training, I aim to keep exercise exciting, engaging and interesting.
My honest and realistic approach, and my commitment to providing the highest quality service, helps each of my clients fall completely in love with exercise. For me, what is most important is that my clients walk away from our sessions feeling satisfied, fulfilled and looking forward to our next one!
Everyone is welcome, no matter what their age, fitness level or goal is. I want to help everyone to make positive, and sustainable, changes to their lifestyle.
